Which Gearbox Oil?

Hi guys, should I be looking at 75w80 or 75w90 gearbox oil for my highish mileage ph1 172? (it will be subject to some hard driving at track days over coming months...)

Renault spec say it should be 75w80 GL5, you will need 3 litres.

Don't know if it's cheapeast, but i don't know of anywhere else apart from dealers that sell it, gearbox oil is not on the service schedule, but i'm gonna do it whenever the car is serviced from now on.

There loads of gearbox choice but for the 172 box the renault stuff is ideal as its got other bits in it.
