Which GFX Card?

I am getting a new GFX card soon for my PC as I feel my current one lets the system down.

Current spec...

Quad Core 2.4ghz processor
4ghz ram
Gforce 8600gts

what card would be my best bet for updating my gaming performance for £100-150max?

The 2 sapphire 4850s i had went wrong within a month, swapped with a gtx 260 and been excellent so far. Also very clockable cards
