Which grade oil?

Servicing my 1.2 16v petrol with 64000 miles on the clock. Unsure on which grade oil to use?

15- 40 is prob what the manual will say.
Id prob run a semi synthetic 10-40 For better cold start protection.
If your feeling plush and want to treat the car knock in some 5-40 fully synth!
