Which headunit

Ok now ive sold my MD headunit i need a new one, this time im going for a CD one so which of these would you reccomend or is there a different one you think i should considder for the same money?

Both of them are about £230 which is about the top of my budget, maybe could go to £250 max. So any help appreciated.
