Which HU?

Im after a recommendation for a headunit for my 172, it must have ipod control, and is it possible to connect to the steering wheel controls?

how much money are you looking to spend... i've got a cheap sony xplod £90ish but does the job - connects via a cable in the back so i can leave the ipod in the glovebox & as its sony you don't need an aerial adaptor. Most of them connect to the steering wheel controls but you need an adaptor which costs about £30 I think?? so it really depends on how much money you want to spend, whether you want bluetooth? will you be running a sub & upgraded speakers etc.
