Firstly, ive searched the FAQ, found this, which is quite confusing,

"10-40 is ok to use but if u drive it hard 10/40 5/40 is better" ? :S

182, driven hard, What oil to use ?

5w/40 fully synth ?

5/40 is whats recommended for the 2.0 engines, but 10/40 can be used as well.
