Which oil should I run on? Engine / gearbox

Hi

What is this oil will say is good for motor and gearbox. ?
The car is a Clio 172 with 182 exhaust manifold. Engine is standard but the car will be used for trackday etc.
Are there some who use their car on track and have mounted an oil cooler?

Hope you can help since I am a little unsure what to run on the brand.

Ester based fully synthetic 5w-40 for engine or PM danny@519 he does some elf stuff iirc

75w-80 (gl5) gear oil (decent branded stuff)
