Which one would you keep

  200,182 Trophy, Cup
I moved my 182 cup on last year and thinking of slimming down a bit more so I’m left with the AG 200, mint with 29k miles and full history, perfect paint, interior and engine bay , full factory options or the 182 Trophy perfect paint, perfect wheels, interior and engine bay 70k Miles, loads of history,
Both drive amazingly and I can’t split them so really it’s down to future value. The Trophy cars are doing good money currently and this is one of 500 or less really now but the 200 is probably one of less than 50 in this spec

which would you keep

I tell you what I will come and look at both. Take the one I like and leave you with the other, decision made.

Seriously you could put them both up for strong money. See which one sell first.

Keep the one you like the most. Invest in your driving enjoyment as opposed to worrying about which would appreciate the most.
Id keep them both. 😅

Easy with that keep both talk. If the man wants to sell me his 200 who are we to stop him.

Put them both up for strong money and see which gets the bite and goes.
Decision made for you.

But I would say the Trophy will be the best for investment purposes as they are so highly rated.

I was thinking £9.5k for Trophy and £10k (assuming it has Recaros) for the AG due to its low low mileage. Start high and see what happens.

They're both mint and people will know that with the price.

The high price for the trophy will allign to the market for mint trophys > £10k for a 200 would probably be a bit steep.
I would punt £8995 assuming it has recaros...

Both really nice cars. I would be tempted with another AG

The only one I had was your one ! MK10 FKU

If it were me I'd keep both as each one looks really nice! Clearly you have cherished them both!

People often regret selling later on - if you sell either of them now you will never find one as good again! A bit of a case of 'gone forever' Also as those cars stand they are better than money in the bank with interest rates as they are right now.

However as many other people have said if one has to go sell the AG200. The trophy is that little bit rarer and I think a bit more special. Also I think it will appreciate more

oh I know what you mean, over the years I’ve owned and sold a Mk 1 and. Mk2 escort RS2000, a mk2 Mexico, 2 x RS 1600i, 3 x RS Turbo, Sierra Cosworth 3 door and Sapphire . I dread to think the total value of those now!

Yeah if you still had the keys to some of those Fords you would have a very nice retirement fund.

But unless your rolling in money or have access to a huge hangar to store them all, most people have regrets about selling cars that are now worth a lot more than they sold at.

At least you got the experience of driving such great cars 😉
