Which pads and discs for 53 plate Cup ?

Front pads and discs pretty much had it - but not sure what to go for as replacement - deffo want a step up over standard kit.

I use either Mintex or Pagids on my VXT - any recoomednations for the Clio appreciated - it'll probably be going on track a couple of times this year (French car show at Rockingham for a start) - but I don't want to break the bank with upgrades.

^^^what he said, I run the DS2500's and goodridge lines. Good for road and track unless you do 14 laps at the ring in a day!! lol

Ding. Brembo HCs, braided lines, DoT5.1 and DS2500s work well for me.

Chris - I'm off to the ring for three days at the end of April. First time there so I won't be going too hard but it sounds like spare pads are needed! How many sets do you reckon?

Avoid EBC discs as they are rubbish..their pads are good though

i am going for hc discs greenstuff pads and goodridge lines heard this is a good combination mate and i can get a good price of someone on here if your interested ;-)

What am I looking at price wise for the ds2500's (Ferodo ?) and brembo high carbon discs - also need new brake fluid and pads and discs on the rear.

i think they aree quite expensive for what they are mate i would jsut go for the ebc greenstuff buddy...you only ever really need standard discs and pads on the back mate as upgrading will do nothing overall except cost you money he he keep an eye on ebay always some good standard sets on there and they do include brand new bearings as well pressed !!
