Which part of my windscreen washer motor for I pull apart?

Hi, I need to pull it apart to slice down the rubber bung. Do pull the bit with the nozzles off, or split the cylinder? Neither seems easy to budge. Thanks

the white and black part, that sticks out. should just pull off, then you need to open up the white and black part. Its in there. i broke mine being a little to heavy handed. can buy them of ebay for around a tenner posted tho.
