Which spark plugs?

Im changing my spark plugs and was wondering what ones to got for, was set on the KTR Iridium plugs any others i should have a look at?

Use standard plugs, all these fancy multi electrode special metal plugs are a waste of money. A spark is a spark. It's there for such a short space of time it bears no relevance on the rest of the burn.

Redline did a dyno run test with lots of fancy plugs and standard ones came out best.

Apparently the iridums give off thinner sparks or something. bad.

Lol, the moral of this story is, dont read car magazines for technical info

Now i'm not a fan of iridium plugs AT ALL, but they do have some small benefits (hugely outweighed by the cost) If you run a catalyst, you should run either platinum (standard) or iridium plugs as they give a cleaner burn (and we're talking very minimal difference) Purely protecting the cat in this instance though. Without a cat you can run copper core plugs at £12 a set
