Which suspension

At the mo just got 30mm springs on at the front with the torsion bar at the rear adjusted to suit, thinking of an upgrade but not sure which kit to go for. Noticed these on a previous thread http://www.spax-suspension.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=1473_3203_7704_7705_7720&products_id=1310249

But also noticed these on the k tec website

Got standard 15" ph2 alloys if that makes any difference, thanks for your help

Forget the Spax and Gaz stuff its useless.

Williams clio have a group buy for Avos which are superb £300 or so if they get enough buyers (10 I think).

Best place are often the race car setup places ie Mark Fish etc.

But andy decient garage or person can set them up very well though.
