ITB's - Differences between KTR, Jenvey, PMS, etc

Serioudly considering some ITB's (admittedly I'd be looking secondhand most probably), but seen there's a few different kits out there...

From Jenvey = Jenvey SF ITB's with EFI Inlet Manifold : http://www.jenvey.co.uk/products2/t...lt-clio-172-sf-taper-throttle-body-kit-ckrt03

From K-Tec = KTR ITB's with KTR DTH (Direct to Head) Manifold : http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=3633

From Pure Motorsport = Jenvey DCOE ITB'swith PMS Inlet Manifold : http://www.pure-motorsport.co.uk/details.php?itemid=391&model=6

Be interested to know which people recommended, and whether or not there is much of a difference between them?

Also be interesting to know which size people recommend, 45mm seems to be the most popular?

In my case, I wouldn't be looking at a serious build - most likely ITB's and a set of Cams (Cams might not be fitted until a later date however), definitely don't want to go down the route of a high spec engine build (forged pistons, etc)

Any help would be appreciated, as it's all over my head!

I had the Jenveys.
If I was buying new, I'd buy the PMS kit, the Ktec one needs a new filter as soon as you buy it!

Yeah PMS for me, although no idea if its actually the best, depends what your definition of best is I suppose.
