Which tyres should I get

My michelin Pilot tyres are getting bald they have done 27000 miles they seem really good but really expensive tyre is their a other cheaper but as good tyre any ideas

You're complaining about the cost of tyres that have lasted 27,000 miles. Lol you'll get 10,000 max out of the hankooks. Which arnt much cheaper.

V12 hankook. The rs2's are good, but they aren't as good in wet/cold conditions and they wear quicker.

Unless you'll get track use out of them, I'd stick with a more road biased tyre.

tut tut wrong section. Hankook V12's are the rage at the moment, fred@BTM thinks theyre on par with the PS2. So ive got some on order for thursday.

As Dave H says thogh, Mancycle are a great make, a revolution in fact.

Sell the car and get a bus pass. If you can't afford a pair of tyres perhaps motoring isn't for you.

I'm not overly impressed with T1-Rs. So far they're a lot more slippery than my paradas in all road conditions.

The only thing I'd say for them is they aren't phased by standing water, which the paradas were.

In all fairness the Primacys are expensive, about £120-130 iirc? Total rip off.

Ive destroyed mine in 11K and i thought they were made from stone.
Ive got the v12's on order for thursday at my local garage, ask them if they will match an internet price, Best buy tyres is a site worth trying. Tell them you dont care if you get them off the net or if they take the proffit im sure they will bite your hand off. Should support local business IMO.

205.45.16. £280 the set. I considered RS-2's but I would sooner have V12's so i sourced them elsewhere.

You could also consider a 205.45.16 profile.

Eagle F1's are ok. My personal choice would be V12's. RS2's will wear too quickly I think and are the wrong tyre considering you own a GT and they have lasted that long. Contisports are good but are a little soft. TR1's are s**t.
