which xbox game for casual gamer?

Need to buy my brother an xbox game, haven't kept up with gaming for the last few months so don't really know what is new, has to be non fps as he has bbc2 and medal of honour.

I found that entertaining, it took a while to complete as I do not get much time to play.

Some of the games mentioned already have quite a bit of depth to them so I wouldn't really put them in as casual gamer

Batman best shout so far but tbh as its his birthday present I would prefer to get him a newer release I.e spend around 30-40 quid and its the newer releases i am not so familiar with.
