Whistling noise when driving

When I drive above 45mph I get I whistling noise, I can be heard with the window up or down, I've noticed that theres a hole under the drivers mirror, should it be there? The passenger side has a sensor in the same place. Any help would be appreciated

Mine does it too...and I have a sensor in the drivers one too! Lol
i find if I cover up where the mirror meets the base plate, the noise goes. I folded my mirror in and packed it out with some black foam tape to seek the gap...job done!
