I thought the plate detracted from the incrediable photography.

Cheers, Ive not processed the raw file yet this was just the Jpeg which was shot onto my backup card.

I tend to not really do loads of photoshopping removing stuff like that though at the moment.

i usually have the lights out of shot, the owner wanted them in so i shot with them in the frame. I was quite happy with the result as for me its something a bit different.

I like what james has done aswell though

Ah the article on ministry vs the property developer. I didnt know they were going on BBC tbh, I just sent them over to the office team as they said they were for a couple of press releases.

cheers, james (Jungle jim) has helped on a couple of things recently with a couple of PPing issues ive had aswell :D

car is well lit but the top and bottom have too much black for my liking looks much better with a lot cropped out.

rangers - not the cheap option then lol

Nope not with the A heads, a new tube alone is just arond £400 from TFC :(

But as im wanting to do sports portrature more i couldnt use cheapo ninjabongo battery packs with mega slow flash duration. So it was spend a load of dosh now and be covered for everything i wanted, or spend cheap and then have to buy in the future.

Ideally id have got a Profoto 7b or whatever the current portable pack is but i couldnt justify that ontop of the rangers, espec as the skyport system with the rangers saves loads of walking about being able to adjust the power from the hotshoe mounted trigger
