White dials in Clio Sport MkII?

Does anyone knows where I could buy white dials for my Mk II phase II clio?
Looking for something like in the phase I clio, or maybe like in new laguna

This is a 8 year old thread

But yes the top dash needs to come out. There's a good guide but you need to be a paid up member to see it.
