I found there was no need at all for it on my Trophy. I didn't feel any difference and I had the exact same suspension setup as you have.
Its a very personal thing how you want the overall balance of the car to be.
By introducing additional roll resistance to the rear, you will make the rear grip less relative to the front, as such the rear will be more inclined to break away.
If you drive style suits having the rear swinging around and your car currently doesnt do it as much as you would like then buy one, if either you dont like a loose rear end or your car already has one then dont bother.
Personally with your current setup I would fit one, but I come from a largely RWD background so quite like a loose backend, you however might hate it.
So really like Chi says, its a case of try it and see if it suits you or not really.

Found it awesome tbh, allows for more Turn-in for sure (I haven't bothered going onto the hard setting),

The good thing is you can always disconnect it if you dont want it to do anything, so its nice to have the choice.
So for say llandow I would want it on hardest, for the ring I probably wouldnt want it on at all, as sometimes going sideways is good fun and sometimes it makes your wallet twitch with fear, lol.

meh, nothing as technical as that chap, i'm a pikie I just chuck stuff on and moan when it doesn't work, just boggo 182 cup setup with eibach sportlines and the whiteline.
Most ordinary garages and tyre places dial these cars in with a small amount of toe in. Swap that for a tiny bit of toe out with the RARB and you might have been more pleased with it.

As you mentioned yourself Jamie, get all the alignment setup first, even minor changes make a big difference.

i'll crack out the spanners and have a nosey chap cheers, I would like it to let go more predictably as I find at the mo it just lets me push till it snaps and understeers
I've got some bits of metal and fishing line if you have the patience and want to borrow it. Lol.
Sounds pikey but works surprisingly well.
