Who’s removed door handles before

is it a big job ? (as in can I do it ??) want to code the handles, but spray shop want so much to remove and refit (more than than the spray !)

i think you just need to take of the door cards and im sure they will just unscrew off. Ive had my door cards off a few times and by memory there isnt much in the way.

can get it done for about R500 + VAT to remove and spray but Im too cheap for that

actually want to get some used handles and have them done and fit myself and have the oem ones spare.

You need to remove the door card and then its a just 2 bolts and a clip on the operating rod (note the position of the rod) to remove the handle. The pic sort of shows how its fitted:
