Looking to check a cars history at Renault, who am I better to call to get a response, the dealer themselves or Renault UK?

Renault UK won't hold records of the Service History, it's only held locally at the servicing dealer.

(Or was when I was working there)

It's an Arnold Clark in Glasgow that has the "RenaultSport" accreditation, the service book just says full timing belt kit to renaultsport specification and to my mind, that means the aux belt has been reused?
