who does 172 conversions?

If i supplied the cars, say an old beaten up 1.2 clio (ph quick shape) and a smashed up 172, is there a company who'll swap all the bits over?

Or if i just took my old battered s reg clio into a garage and went back a week later to collect a 2.0 sleeper....
