Who is good for majority track cars?

So I have a bit of an issue on my hands...

I have just been quoted £1125 for multi car on my E and SL class. So these are my road cars.

I'm having some difficulty getting quotes for a potential 182 with some mods (most things except engine). I mean, sure it will have no NCB but I have two other cars with separate NCB and this will also literally be used next to never on the road.

What insurers are good for this kind of thing?

Current policy is Admiral.

I have tried Greenlight in the past but they won't insure me with Irish issue driving licence

Any ideas?
