Who owns a 1.2 16v clio extreme 1

i dont see any advantages of getting an extreme over a dynamique! and dynamiques are alot nicer

I own one I like the seats they are just hard to keep clean.

Beats the boring interiors in the dynamiques hands down if you ask me. As for Dynamiques being a lot nicer not compared to the first Extreme's they were £500 dearer than the Dynamique but with the same spec bar the seats I think and badges.

The extreme is lower spec than the Dynamique is it not? It certainly is the case in the rest of the renault range and the clio extreme 3+4 for definate. They don't get auto l+w, electric mirrors or sunroof iirc.

No rear head rests, no elec heated mirrors, no auto lamps or wipers, some of the extremes didn't even come with alloys IIRC.

My Extreme has rear headrests, electric heated mirrors, auto lamps and wipers and alloys. Don't make me get out the price catalogue for when I bought it lol.
Seriously though you are thinking of the Extremes that were out in 2004 after the billabongs these might have had less equipment but the originals were more expensive than Dynamiques.

Mines a 02 reg amd ithas the rear head rests, auto lamps wipers, alloys, lecy mirrors there a step up from the dynamique

The extreme 1 is the same as a dynamique Alan, its the extremes 2 through 4 that are stripped down dynamiques.

I had a black october 2003/53 dynamique with the billabong pack, had auto lamps, wipers, elec heated mirrors, rear head rests n all that stuff...

I loved that car, sold it to my brother when i got my 182 in December 05, then he ruined it...has crashed it more than twice now

Yeah I think they did away with the Extremes after the first one and turned it into the Billabong. Did they come with the greeny interior or the red one?

Good value cars with the auto lights, wipers etc I suppose the seats are a matter of taste, meaing that the people that don't like them havn't got any hehe. Each to their own and all that....

Mine is/was an extreme 1 and it has NO autolights or wipers it has everything else a dynamique has though
