who`s the best at building the f4r

hi all i have my old 182 engine sat in my garden as would like to eventually get it rebuilt/refreshed ready to put in if i break the one in my car now as its my track car, just wondering who has a good reputation around the norwich area? What sort of price am should i expect to pay for a refresh too?

519 or TDF are probably the closest specialists. Theres a place in Norwich that ive seen mentioned on here that are meant to be good, but haven't known any one use them.

Or best place is Scholar Engines in Mendlesham on the A140, they're you best bet 100%

Scholar are better and closer. Just google scholar engines and you'll see the reputation and following they have.

was just suggesting, personally i would never use Engine dynamics for a build

re - branded but the reputation is still there from the BB days

when i mean sat in my garden i mean covered and waterproof bagged lol just a refresh really so i know its ready to drop in and run in if needed, gonna give scholar engines a buzz as its not far from me, cheers for the info guys.

If you live near great yarmouth i recommend TMW Engineering, done a previous build for me and was perfect!

Does quite abit of work on YB engines!
