Morrisons jet wash.. get 10mins for £2.50. It will keep the car looking clean if you can't are arsed. Whatever you do don't use the brush thing.

I would never buy a white car because of this, lol. I remember when I was a kid my Dad had a white Vauxhall Cavalier as a company car and my sister and I used to wash it for him (early 90's).
