why does my n95 make beeping noises when i'm calling someone?

i can hear is beeping when i call somebody, when i say beeping i mean through the earpiece. it's a little annoying and not sure why it does it. the beeps don't seem to be evenly spaced either, they just kinda happen whenever, lots together or space apart.

on mine its when i recieve a text or when someones phoning me.

no, it's not cos anyone is calling or texting, it does it all the time.

or someone could be bugging your phone with a call recordered, which by law has to make a beeping sounds all the way through the call

i just made a phone call and pressed the shutter button at the same time and yeah it makes that noise, so maybe it is that. i'll have to keep an eye on it.

thanks a lot for that, something so simple. i blame nokia for putting that button in a stupid place!!

Mines does this.

For all the hype, it's a pretty average phones tbh. Jack of all trades but master of non imho.
