Why is the time wrong on most android phones?

As above I've noticed lately? My iPhone, auto setting watch, laptop and time on sat box are always exactly the same? But my friends who have android are always about 4 minutes slow.

They likely use different time sources.

tbh my android phones are same as pc/humax box/ipod

it could be if there phones a different brand, but all my htcs have been fine

there isnt a point one been wrong lol, prolly just lost sync n now one could be bothered to fix it

Not all phones sync to the network time so can drift like any clock. My android phone has an option in the settings, sometimes the network don't provide the service even when you enable the phone to do it.
