Why so bumpy!!

Is it possible to do anything about the poor ride in my car? I seem to feel literally every lump, bump and stone on the road which isnt very pleasant.

I do live in an area infested with speed bumps, which I dont tend to slow down much for, could this have knackered the shocks?

Could I replace any particular component, to improve the smoothness of the ride?

well what suspension do you have on now ?

what wheels ?

what size tyres ?

what pressure is in your tyres ?

and slow down for speed bumps !!!

Well may a first suggest slowing down for the speed humps, check the pressure in your manaul and pump your tyres up.

have you always felt everybump, or is this a recent thing?

mine wasnt too bad with the setup that youve got there.........

changin the suspension will only make it harder unless you go for some OE spec shocks..........

you would try a Bilstein Streetline kit which isnt too bad on bumps, or maybe replace your shocks with some KYB gas ones
