Wihch laquer - Exterior.

Right im giving my door handles a go myself, if i bodge them ill send em to mark, ive sanded them and stick what primer i have left on them, obviously ill be down at halfrauds to get some more primer and some pearl black, but which laquer should i use ?

Ive used "halfords clear laquer" for the dash inserts and gear nob, but i dont know if itll be "durable" enough for exterior use.......

go to a proper paint shop not halfords - they will give you the correct laquer with the paint!

I am sure the halfords stuff will work just fine, it is designed for exterior use.

yeah i figured. Is it suitable for polishing ? ill end up giving it about 4-5 layers anyways, is it the same as clearcoat ?

Clearcoat/ Lacquer different names for the same thing.
