Will 30mm lowering springs effect my insurance?

usually yes, you will need to declare them to your insurance as they will see it as a performance modification.

Best thing to do is phone your insurance company and ask.
 
Best to ask, I'd always declare any performence mods anyway, better to do that than getting a VOID insurance when you crash :|
 
Always ask depends on your age too. Direct line you insure you if you put anything that isnt standard on your car if you below a certain age.
