will a 182 manifold go straight on a 172?

hi everyone as above will it fit or do you need other parts etc etc will it go straight into a 172 cats cheers

Same at the engine end but different cat sections.

I believe it will require dropping the subframe to fit as well

big job, need a link pipe to connect the cat up..

Yep confirmed, just had mine fitted last friday, its about a days job and the subframe needs dropping, plus you need to bodge a link pipe from the 182 manifold to the rest of the 172 exhaust sytem, worth it tho, hell of a difference!!
