Will a ktec stealth exhaust for a 1.2 fit a 2.0 172?

I have a ktec stealth exhaust from a 1.2 clio,

first off will it fit? (my clio is currently at the garage being repaired so can't try)

If it does, does anyone know if the exhaust will restrict the engine at all?
