Will A Machine Polisher Remove Fine Scratches On Windows?

Basically, as title....
I have a few small scratches on the rear passenger window and the odd fins scratch along the curvature of the front window wiper.
what do you reckon?

No. Glass is very hard to correct

You may be able to sort them with a Glass Polishing kit from www.frost.co.uk

You run the risk of distorting the glass though
