Will clio alloys fit on a megane?

Basically iv got these for sale off my 51 plate mk2 extreme clio and have been asked if they will fit on a 2005 megane. Any help appreciated

And yes iv seen the sticky http://www.alloyguide.com/ but it doesnt have the pcd and offset for the 2005 megane

Think so. I've seen a couple of Clio's with Megane wheels on.
