The hubs are completely different, and it would be much cheaper and easier to simply get a big brake kit from Brembo or equivalent.

No, without extensive mods.

You would have to find special wheels that would clear the calipers or use spacers. I think its best to get good pads, rotors, lines and fluids and see how it goes before changing the caliper..
