Looking at getting some 15x6.5 et35 (195 50 15), lowered 40mm, will I rub?

Shouldn't do.

Maybe on the bumper brackets where it joins the wings, but that's easily sorted.

Where the bumper/wing joins together. It's the bracket that they bolt into.

Can usually be bent out the way slightly for more clearance.

Another thought would i rub on the stock 16's? - which i believe are ET45.

Be a bit of a bad design if it rubbed on stock wheels.

Should still be alright. Standard suspension is like 60-80mm high anyway.

Thanks, looks like i can get some 15" but ET37 at 7j these will be better than than ET35 and still wont rub at -40mm?

My wheels are similar to that and i'm a lot lower than 40mm and it doesn't rub.
