Is it 350 decent watts or a cheapo one that actually only puts out around 150w? As if its a cheapo one may struggle in some games if your a gamer which will possibly result in random resets or some slight corruption sitting browsing the net etc will run fine though.

Antec, Enermax, Tagan.

Stick with any of those and 350w will run a nuclear power plant.

yeah i got a tagan 420w one

p4 3.2 presscott cd-rw + dvd-rw, 6 hard drives 7 fans 2 gig ddr x-fi sound card and a few us devices.

never had a problem and is nearly silent unlike the "500w" cheapo it replaced

As above, get a decent one and you will most likely be fine. Never spend loads of money on components and then chuck a crappy PSU in, I always find it odd that so many people do this!
