Will my wheels rub?

Car  Clio dci
I know spacers have been done to death, but can't find a deferent answer to what I'm looking for.
My dilemma is Im running a 172 rear axle, with discs with standard 172 springs and 205/45/16s and find the wheels are rubbing on the inner liner.
What I want to do is space them out from the axle to save the wheel bearings.
Was woundering if I go for 15mm a side, would they I wind up rubbing on the lip of the body.
Car does run with up to 100kg of tools in the back at times. So would be grateful to hear from anyone else who has done this.
Thanks

205 tyres are just that bit too wide to fit properly under Ph1 wheel arches. I have a set of wolfrace 17" rims with 205/40 x 17 tyres. They rub on the wheel arches if the car is driven hard over bumpy roads. My standard wheels are 15" OZ F1's with 195/50 Toyo R1-R tyres
