Will SL work on my iMac if my mates already installed

Mates just got a 21.5, 1T, 4Gb iMac.

I've got one of the older 20 inchers his came with SL, if I put the disks in mine could I also then have SL or will it block it so it only works on one.

Naughty.

Doesn't matter though as it won't install on yours as it's the wrong hardware. The non retail discs that are supplied with machines are locked to that particular revision of hardware.
