Will the car lock my radio?? Radio Code problem

I got another family car due to new born baby. And I put my Clio 172 MK2 aside with battery disconnected. And I do start it up every month for a short run.

But my radio have a little problem. I am not sure if I did something wrong in entering the code last time. But now, it read "CODE", but it just keep having the "beep" sound when I press any switch or trying to enter the code. Seems it is locked and does not allow me to enter the code anymore.

Anyone can give me some suggestion?? Thanks!

After left it for while, the "0000" come again and code entered and it is fine now. Strange.

Ye mine did this would have to wait ages till it came back round. Renault trying to stress us out

If you put continually put the wrong code in then it will time bar you from entering the code.

i have the same problem..but now how long time i will wait for it to show me again the code ?
I have tried in the past for about 1hour but nothing...
Does someone can help me ?
