Will these wheels fit okay

They were on a Ford Escort PCD 4x108 Offset 35..38 C.bore 63.3

But have also been on a Clio PCD 4x100 Offset 35..38 C.bore 60.0

I know the wheels fit both cars as they are multifit, but I am concerned about the the C.bore difference. What does this mean and do you think they will fit okay?

the centre bore is basically the recess in the back of the wheel that locates it to the hub. on a multifit wheel like the one you are describing this is over-sized to sompensate for different vehicles!

if you look on the back of the wheel there should be either a plastic or metal ring inside the recess called a spigot. this is used to reduce the size of the hole so that it will fit snugly on the intended cars hub.

when you remove the spig (or if its missing), measure the hole thats left behind (popular sizes are 72.6mm and 67.1mm in multifit wheels) the other measurement youll need will be the hub which off the top of my head should be 57.1mm.

then go to an alloy wheel shop and ask for the correct spig i.e. 72.6 to 57.1.

if you dont the wheels will rattle like f**k at anything above 50ish!
