Williams Air Filters

Group A Scuttle Induction, but this requires cutting of the scuttle panel

Next I would go for itg filter in standard airbox

Open cones suffer massive heat soak. If you just want noise, they sound great but if you're chasing bhp, avoid.

I have Pipercross elements for stock airbox. On the shelf. Better quality than the itg one and cheaper too!

Makes sense. I guess the K & N is "open cone" then? So ITG filter is superior to a K & N Filter bass_direct? And also in regards to the scuttle induction - would a performance tuning garage be able to fit this or does it really require specialist fitment?

Thanks

I had a large filter and like its been pointed out they suffer alot from heat soak.
The best one that is out there is the one that sits in the bulk head

Which im not! haha, just weighing up the best options for air filter/induction kit for the Willy, really can't decide now! my main priority is BHP/nicely spread power if possible. Not too bothered about induction note although that would be a nice bi product!

Thanks for the response - so Group A scuttle is the best, but where can you buy these from? Can't seem to find them anywhere unless im just being an idiot! Any estimates on full price including fitting? Might be hard to estimate I know lol

i have an ITG pannel somewhere in the garage! yours for £20+postage,

will even throw in a K&N cone filter for free so you can make your own mind up what you prefer! lol (its a bit old though)
