The main clocks should I think fit no problem (don't quote me though).
The oil clocks will require the extended type dash top which I don't think the 1.2 clio would have. (I do have one if you needed it).
Also a craddle is required to hold the clocks in place. If the wiring is not there you will also need to see to that if you wanted the oil clocks to work.
