The Williams definitely has a wider track, as you probably know. (It has a different Anti-Roll Bar, different bottom supsension arms, and possibly different hubs.) so I dont know about the wheels.
As far as I know, the rear beam is identical on both? so if the wheels were different, it would c**k up the geometry on the rear? Or are the rear beams/hubs different?
The offsets should be the same - the willy wider track is simply down to different wishbones/driveshafts/shocks/ARB. Remember if you compare the wheels, phase 1 16vs are half an inch thinner than willy or phase 2 alloys which may make them appear different.
