WILLIAMS WINDOW SWITCH!

my drivers side window switch has stopped working!!! and its stuck fully down! anyway i can wind the window up without it??? and i take it i need a new switch. how much are they??? and how easy are they to fit?

i think u can just pinch one out of any old clio mk1, piss easy to change, just undo the 3 screws to the tray on the door, and then just push the switch out.

I guess u could check the contacts on the switch, they are easy to take apart and theres sod all to em.

Just take the rocking top off, then u can see the copper switch inside.

If its the one touch switch then you cant take it apart for cleaning.

Dude, your f**ked...quite frankly! lol.

You cant use a normal window switch from an RT/RN etc as the Valver/Willy has a one-touch switch. And guess what, Renault want £80, yes £80 for the privelidge!!!!!

Id look out for scrap 16v/willy if i were you...i still havnt found one

EDIT...They are piss easy to fit, just lever the old one out with a flathead screwdriver...need any help, give us a pm....

take te passenger one out and put it in teh drivers side, do the window up then swap them back round, then go buy a new switch

new switch from reno is 60 odd quid, get one from the breakers for a fiver!
