willliams exhaust manifold

Hi, just wondering if a Phase 1 Williams clio exhaust manifold will fit directly to my 96' 1.8 8v RSi? As mine looks puney and i have just had my head ported i need something with a better flow.

I don't think it would.
However the Valver one is better for HP the WIlliams one makes torque.

ok then, would a 16v mainfold fit? Although a 16v is a cross flow where as my 8v is a uniflow??????
