Willy engine verses 172 engine

Which is the better engine (given the same milage and age)?

No I think he means if you put a 172 engine in a willaims would it be faster ? or maybe he doesnt mean that..

Well you cant can you its too tall. (i think)

Plus it barely fits in the clio 2 engine bay, so i doubt it would go in a clio 1 bay.

172 is a better engine, due to its a newer design, revs higher and produces more power and torque.
