Windows Defender

i installed windows defender yesterday.
seems pretty good.

just wondering does it run in the background as it doesnt minimize to the taskbar or anything so it is hard to tell (also i have checked the proceses in task manager and it doesnt seem to be there)

i think its MsMpEng.exe, MSASCui.exe
