When i open my computer and try and access the folder named All users DOCUMENTS i cant open it and i get a message saying

'access is denied'

I also had problems when trying to install 4od because it cant acess this folder. i am the administrator and i dnt really know why i cant acess it.

100% sure you're admin? May be worth double checking

control panel > users

just checked, it says i am computer administrator. this is rather frustrating
